FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping Policy
"Free Shipping" for all download purchases requiring a CD Set for those users who cannot install the software through our download option only.
Such products marked as "Free Shipping" will be shipped US Mail regular delivery after the CDs are ready to be shipped. Please allow 30-45 days delivery depending on your location. Absolutely NO HIDDEN FEES.
REFUND POLICY
You may return any item within 10 days of the purchase date with a return authorization number only if it meets the following criteria:
The item was unopened and returned in its original condition, not downloaded from our download server, or the item was damaged.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. All authorized returns will be given a full refund minus the shipping charges and a 15% fee. If the product was damaged we will send out a replacement once we receive notice from the customer there product is damaged.
If an order is placed, and the package is refused by the customer or is not downloaded by the customer we reserve the right to charge the customer the full price.
